This report is designed to deliver structured, per-user participation data. It does not aggregate values but instead exposes individual rows containing declared information collected through forms or opt-ins.

It includes both dimension metadata (content, campaign, timestamps, etc.) and form field values (e.g., name, email, phone).

Each row represents one form or opt-in submission, with:

Standard Metadata (Dimensions)#

  • Day, Hour, Datetime
  • Publisher, Publisher ID
  • Content, Content ID
  • Insertion, Insertion ID
  • Campaign, Campaign ID
  • Label, Label ID, Label Technical Name, Label Technical Value

Form Fields (Metrics)#

  • Firstname, Lastname
  • Email, Phone, Gender
  • Address components: Line1, Line2, Postal code, City, Country

Additional opt-in information may be included under custom fields, depending on label configuration.
